Jenn Schmerer
CPA
Jenn graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University. She began her accounting career at a firm offering regulation compliance services for small publicly-traded companies, where she had the opportunity to complete projects all over the western United States, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
In addition to her career as a CPA, Jenn has owned and operated several small businesses, specializing in turning average franchise locations into high-performing, award-winning sites. Most recently, Jenn and her husband Jim opened All Valley Cremation in 2017, which is Nampa’s first and only crematory. As a fellow business owner, Jenn is passionate about helping her clients plan and execute a comprehensive business and tax strategy that will help them meet their goals in every phase of their business.
Jenn grew up in Walla Walla, Washington, but has been happy to call the Treasure Valley home since 2012. Jenn has three grown sons and an amazing husband, who she’s been married to for over 20 years. Her happy place is the beach.
Cody Corbridge
CPA
Cody’s accounting journey began early in life, counting quarters for his family’s car wash in Eastern Idaho. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from BYU-Idaho, and then a Masters in Accounting from Boise State University. At BSU, Cody was selected as a Graduate Assistant and awarded the MSA Graduate Program Student Spotlight. In 2011, Cody became a Certified Public Accountant.
Cody has over 15 years of experience in Public Accounting, including time spent at firms in San Francisco, New Mexico and here in Nampa.
His technical knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful strategic planning are an invaluable asset to assist our clients in meeting their financial and business goals. Cody especially enjoys working with farming clients due to his roots growing up in Idaho potato farm country.
When he’s not working, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin and their three children. Together, they like to camp, fish and hike. At home, you’ll find him cooking, gardening, woodworking and Barbecuing.
Danielle Davis
EA & Senior Accountant
Growing up in a Navy family, Danielle had the opportunity to travel extensively, living throughout Europe and in several states across the country. Those experiences gave her a broad perspective, a deep appreciation for different backgrounds, and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
Throughout her career, Danielle has built and operated several small businesses and founded a nonprofit literacy organization, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards business owners face. She enjoys helping clients achieve the most favorable tax and financial outcomes possible while building lasting relationships based on trust and understanding. Danielle is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Accounting. Her professional experience includes individual and small business taxation, IRS representation, and complex tax preparation for foreign individuals, partnerships, fiduciaries, and corporations.
Danielle moved to the Treasure Valley with her family in 2014 and is the proud mother of two exceptional adult daughters. She is passionate about animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, education & serving and strengthening her community.

Jessica Price
Tax Coordinator & Executive Assistant
Jessica is a Nampa native and graduate of Ridgevue High School. She later earned her degree in Business & Clerical Studies. Her passion for helping others led her to become a licensed insurance agent, a career she has enjoyed for the past 16 years.
Jessica is often the cheerful voice greeting clients when they call the office and is truly the glue that holds the firm together. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and enthusiasm are a ray of sunshine for both staff and clients alike.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and traveling the world. She is the proud mother of two beautiful grown daughters and grandmother to two adorable granddaughters, who are the pride and joy of her life.
Britni Parker
Administrative Support Specialist
Britni joined our team at the beginning of the 2024 tax season and quickly became a welcoming presence in the office. After graduating high school, she attended Brigham Young University–Idaho to study Accounting before choosing to focus on raising her family. Over the years, she has built more than a decade of experience as a receptionist and office manager for both her own businesses and other professional offices.
As our Administrative Support Specialist, Britni loves connecting with people and helping clients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Known for her friendly smile, clear communication, and caring approach, she takes pride in making sure every client feels heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
A proud Idaho native, Britni and her husband of 15 years have raised their two children in Nampa. When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her outside barbecuing, gardening, or tending to the colorful zinnias, dahlias, and sunflowers that brighten her yard.
Danica Walter
Finance & Bookkeeping Manager
With a degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and over 10 years of experience as a bookkeeper, Danica brings a unique, structural precision to the world of finance. She has always been drawn to the reliability of her work, firmly believing that numbers—much like the concrete she studied in engineering—are solid and don't lie.
When she isn’t balancing the books, Danica stays busy with her many creative passions, including gardening, sewing, and crafting. She also loves heading out into nature for rockhounding adventures throughout the Treasure Valley.
Danica has been married 18 years and has a 16 year old daughter.
Jehiel Malubay
International Bookkeeping Specialist
Jehiel is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology program from the University of Mindanao, Philippines. He has built a career in bookkeeping and accounting that spans over a decade.
Since 2012, Jehiel has been working in the bookkeeping industry, spending nearly 12 years serving in the healthcare sector, where he gained extensive experience in financial record-keeping, reporting, and administrative operations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he expanded his professional reach by transitioning into the virtual workspace, providing bookkeeping services to clients across various industries in the United States.
Beyond his professional life, Jehiel enjoys embracing the outdoors. One of his future goals is to explore the world of free diving and experience the beauty of the ocean from a new perspective. A fun fact about him is that he is a proud fur parent to eight dogs, reflecting his love for animals and his caring nature both at home and in his professional life.
